Demetrius Dixon, a Pensacola native turned Henry County, Georgia resident since 2019, is a man on a mission to uplift, encourage, and empower men of all ages. As a proud husband, father of six, and grandfather of seven, he understands the importance of community, family, and leaving a legacy of positive impact. 

With a passion for youth and men's development, Demetrius has guided others towards their highest potential. As a YCI-certified Youth Resilience Coach, he equips young minds with the tools to navigate life's challenges with resilience. 

In addition to his coaching endeavors, Demetrius is a distinguished entrepreneur and co-founder of SCALE Logistics, a leading third-party logistics company catering to the aerospace and construction sectors. 

Grounded in faith and integrity, Demetrius' dedication to ethical principles is evident in his roles within the community, including service with the Henry County Sheriff's Office, CTAE Work-Based Learning, Henry County School District, Streetz of Gentlemen, and Males to Men United. 

Demetrius firmly believes in creating safe spaces and providing mentorship for men, recognizing the transformative power of guidance and support. His annual "Propel Your Destiny" scholarship initiative exemplifies his commitment to facilitating access to education and opportunities for local Henry County students.
